Basic Information
This product is a purified basement membrane glycoprotein extracted from Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse sarcoma. It is a Laminin-111 (α1β1γ1) subtype with a molecular weight of approximately 900 kDa. Laminin is a key component of the extracellular matrix (ECM). Through interactions with integrins and other ECM proteins, it mediates cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation. This product is widely used in neuroscience, stem cell research, cell culture substrate coating, tissue engineering, and other fields.
